Can I cancel my membership anytime?

Memberships are a full 30-day commitment. You can cancel, but any remaining weekly payments within the current billing cycle are still due. Think of the weekly billing as a payment plan, not a weekly subscription.

Do prepaid passes expire?

Prepaid visit packages are valid for 4 full years from your purchase date — plenty of time to use them at your own pace with no pressure.

What's the difference between Group and GroupPlus?
